Semi physical simulation comprehensive control system
System Introduction
Semi physical simulation, also known as semi physical simulation, refers to the joint simulation experiment of real-time mathematical simulation and physical simulation by introducing a part of the simulated object into the simulation loop in a physical way, and connecting other parts of the simulated object system in a simulation model. A semi physical simulation system consists of simulation management software, real-time simulation computers, simulation models, and various devices connected to the system.
The semi physical simulation comprehensive control software provides rich human-machine interfaces for the semi physical simulation system, achieving control, monitoring, and management of the system and simulation experiments.
Function Introduction
ICD management
Used for managing communication protocols between simulation integrated control software and various equipment or software in the system, supporting various bus protocols (including 1553B, serial bus protocol, CAN, PWM, etc.), and network transmission protocols.
Wiring management
Construct hardware cross-linking relationships and wiring table information for all test equipment/systems in a semi physical simulation system through graphical means. Convenient system sorting and troubleshooting operations; And it can remotely control the wiring unit to achieve channel and simulation/physical switching.
BIT alarm
By establishing a fault model and designing detection algorithms, faults in various software and hardware of the system can be diagnosed, and different types of alarm information can be provided based on the fault level.
fault injection
During the semi physical simulation experiment, signal faults are set to simulate various operating conditions and fault situations of the system, in order to complete simulation experiments under various conditions. Support multiple types of fault settings, including constant fault, offset, link delay, saturation fault, dead zone fault, harmonic superposition and other fault types. The interface and communication protocol can be automatically generated according to the configuration file.
Data monitoring
Used to monitor real-time data generated by various systems during the semi physical simulation process, which is divided into: tested part data monitoring, simulation data closed-loop monitoring, source code monitoring, and other contents. Its interface and parsing protocol can be automatically generated based on configuration files.
Data analysis
Display and analyze semi physical simulation signals in a graphical manner, with multiple signal processing methods built-in, including coordinate transformation, bad point removal, data interception, curve fitting, spectrum analyzer, etc. Third party software can also be called for data analysis.
Data recording/playback
The experimental process and result data can be stored and replayed within the system, supporting multi speed playback.
